Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to register.
- Keep your password secure — you’re responsible for activity on your account.
- One account per person.
Your content
- You own the photos and content you upload.
- By posting, you grant CatCaption a licence to display your content on the site and in promotional materials (e.g. social media).
- Only upload photos you own or have permission to share. Don’t post anything illegal, harmful, or that isn’t about your pets.
- We may remove content that violates these terms.
AI captions
Captions are generated by AI (Anthropic’s Claude). They’re meant to be fun, not factual. You can edit or delete any caption on your pounces.
Tiers and subscriptions
- CatCaption is free to use with a basic tier. Paid tiers (Friend, Premium) are available via subscription.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in AUD via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. No partial-month refunds are issued.
Termination
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time.
Limitation of liability
CatCaption is provided as-is. We’re not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the site. AI-generated captions are for entertainment only.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
